transmissions R/O, on a day to day basis consists of several different areas where either strip, survey, build and inspection can take place these all having there own separate challenges to over come.
within my time spent on site working with skilled men i have developed several new skills and learnt many new things about the trade. each day is a learning day for me and i constantly built my knowledge of the work and jobs i completely daily meaning my over all knowledge has incensed massively since i first started on sight 6 months ago.
over the course of my programme i have enjoyed my time greatly from the learning out side of work to being on sight working day to day as the work i do is very interesting it keep the job enjoyable
I believe the programme is very well structured however due to the recent out break of corona-virus the plans we had in places had to be changed however, even with the break in programme structured and very limited time are apprentice mangers had to make new ones i still think that the plans in places are very well structured.
i receive a great amounts of support from my employer.
even though i have been working on site i have not yet revive an NvQ assessor however this has been due to lack of staff being able to confirm placements due to the corna-virus so i dont belie i can say that that is anyone fault.
greatly the qualifications help me much better understand the workings of the gearboxes i build this adding to my over all knowledge of my work further helping me.
i do not currently participate in extra-curricular activities.
Yes
the opportunity that this job gives you is endless and i think that is a massive thing.
i think that people applying for this job should make sure to research the jobs role they are looking at further just so they can get a better understanding of the job before they start.
