My job is to case manage complaints to our chairman and executive team members. I oversee issues and provide resolutions for a number of John Lewis issues.
I've learned skills involving overall customer service. It is great that I've been able to look at service delivery in greater details and deliver what I've learned on a regular basis.
I thoroughly enjoy my programme and the learning included. I see this as a great opportunity towards my personal development.
The programme is well structured, organised and signposted. I have no complaints and work well within the format.
I receive great support from my team manager and the partnership. I always get the time required to take part.
I receive a great deal of necessary support and my provider always ensures she is there to answer questions and provide assistance.
My apprenticeship has helped me look at customer service in another light. Due to this I approach complaints daily looking at the issue and how it affects the customer. Rather than making quick judgements.
There are a number of activities, they are currently on hold due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Yes
The partnership is a great employer with many areas for progressions. A career with several prospects and business areas.
I would recommend highlighting the need for great customer service abilities and going the extra mile to resolve issues and tend to customers.
