Duty manager. This involves setting an example to the team, stock handling, online picking and managing the team. It changes from morning depot deliveries to getting it right at night.
Yes most definitely. Being as young as 17 and being able to get a career is phenomenal. I’ve definitely matured, improved on time keeping/ managing skills, communication skills and my knowledge in retail .
Since leaving college to work at Iceland, this apprenticeship is an amazing opportunity for me to improve my CV, Gain knowledge and have an aim to work towards too.
Very well I enjoy that the lifetime team is only one txt away .

when I get a new task it gets explained really well and it gives me more confidence
