Being able to deal and resolve situations with customers and staff.
Learnt a lot of new skills, including how to deal with different types of people and ways to resolve situations, and the details into how retail works and operates on the front line and in the back.
Being able to learn new insights to how retail organisations operate.
Lifetime Training have ready-made modules, that have basics of what is needed, and with the resources to be able to research and learn. it is made easier to understand since it is organised.
My store manager and dept supervisor,manager supports me well.
My trainer is very helpful, helping as much as he can with information i do not understand, and can make questions more easily understandable.
the qualification helps since it gives me a deeper insight to how a retail organisation works, and regulations and ideas behind the work we do on a daily basis.
Yes, our staff at work organises events for staff. 5-a-side football, go-karting etc
