  • Lifetime Training have ready-made modules, that have basics of what is needed, and with the resources to be able to research and learn. it is made easier to understand since it is organised.

  • My store manager and dept supervisor,manager supports me well.

  • My trainer is very helpful, helping as much as he can with information i do not understand, and can make questions more easily understandable.

  • the qualification helps since it gives me a deeper insight to how a retail organisation works, and regulations and ideas behind the work we do on a daily basis.

  • Yes, our staff at work organises events for staff. 5-a-side football, go-karting etc
