I work on real projects alongside experts in various engineering fields.
I have developed various engineering and interpersonal skills (programming, using computer-aided software, communication skills, organisation, critical thinking, etc.)
The first two years are distributed over three rotations each - mechanics, electronics and software, to allow the apprentices to get to know different engineering fields before they specialise in Year 3.
Each apprentice is assigned a line manager and a mentor with whom they have weekly meetings to monitor progress and identify and resolve any issues.
The training provider provides the theoretical foundation needed at the workplace.
