Working on real projects at Dyson 3 days a week immersed in a variety of engineering teams. Study and lectures two days a week
Overcoming barriers and managing change. Communication and people skills massively improved by being in a real-life work environment. Resilience too
It's very hard work and stressful at times, but rewarding to think of the future prospects having been through the programme.

As much support as we need from many different people - couldn't ask for much more support.
Again, as much support as needed, from multiple different backgrounds
The knowledge we learn in the course can be applied to situations on the job.
Lots of social opportunities, mostly with other undergraduates but also social events within the workplace team.
