Everyday can be different, most days I'm breaking down deliveries and putting stock on shelfs and storing over stock away safely. If needed I will go on checkout and serve customers. I help customers find products when required.
I have learned to do cash up and learned how to use the different systems the store uses to run stock control and printing display labels.
I enjoy the programme very much. I enjoy learning more aspects of my job. As I want to progress this is an excellent way to do so.
Very well organised especially with lockdown and social distancing.
My employer is very supportive. If I have to do a task to help with the apprenticeship or I need a piece knowledge, my manager and deputy are always there to help.
My training provider is very helpful. If I am finding something difficult they will help me understand it or try bring me to the realisation.
My qualification help in my role as it helps me understand thing more and means I'm more prepared for some more complicated tasks.
There are no extra curricler activities in my work.
