Team supervisor is part of the management team and overseas the day to day running of the store shop floor and team members. Providing leadership and customer service. As well as a duty of care to both Team members and customers within the store environment.
I have learnt how to drive and lead a team to successful outcomes, great leadership skills, confidence in my abilities and great organisational skills.
I think this programme has allowed me to see my true potential and abilities that can often pass you buy as daily goals and achievements being met. It has gave me even more confidence to grow and develop within my role and strive for greatness.
I have a clear overview of my progress and clear structure of what is expected of me with my work load and deadlines. It is clearly communicated to me during my mentoring sessions both verbally and written.
Asks regularly how I am getting on and has offered support where time permitting during store hours if required. If ever I am struggling to ask for help.
Great support and guidance during remote zoom calls both verbal and written support and. Guidance towards topics and work load expectations.
I have more confidence over all in my abilities and can see areas of opportunity after working on specific modules/coursework often adding in new ideas in store to constantly improve.
Just now during COVID we cant really do any activities however we have done various amount of charity events in the past , fun days, cleaned up local parks and woodland, painted local nursing homes and kids back to school Fun day competitions with in the shopping centre.
