Team supervisor is part of the management and overseas the day to day running of the store shop floor and the team members. Providing customer service
Developed from 6 hour weekend contract to 35 hours a week. Now on the apprentice programme and I am advancing and perfecting my skill set and gaining confidence.
Great confidence boost in my knowledge and understanding of my role. Continuous levels of development through the modules and e-learning giving me a fuller understanding of the retail environment.
