I complete a high volume of tasks that vary on the day to day basis. Manly admin work such as, data entry and logging requests. Also assisting Board and Committee members with any queries whilst, managing video conferencing appointments and calendars.
I have come to learn a wide variety of skills and have progressed massively in my job role. I feel much more professional and an asset to my team's work.
I love how much I've learnt and developed since the beginning of the apprenticeship and still greatly enjoy the work I do for the organisation.
My programme is very well structured, I have had constant support from all of my colleagues since the start. I feel that the pace of the course has been laid out well and planned effectively.
My employer supports me to best of their ability, I have a line manager that is always on hand for any queries, even when working from home. My team members are also very friendly and great at assisting me and teaching me new things.
My training provider is valuable for providing me support and ensuring I know what I'm doing. My college assessor is greatly helpful with regular catch ups and friendly support to help me meet my goals.
I learn a lot through work but the supporting statements that I produce for college help to ensure I know exactly everything about that subject and increase my overall knowledge.
There is regular sessions happening virtually and we're many more before the pandemic. I'm sure after we get back to some normality they will resume the additional activities, which there are many of.
Yes
It's the most friendly and supportive business I've ever known and everyone that works here says how great it is. :)
Be yourself, smile and show that you really believe in yourself and the skills you attain.
