Teaching Assistant in a secondary school. I provide 1-1 support, interventions and assist in the classroom for students with SEND.
I have learned and developed many skills being new to education. I have broadened my knowledge of SEND students and to best support them.
The programme allows me to broaden my knowledge and skills in my role. It is enjoyable and really helps in my role.
