My role involves developing, designing and delivering Apprenticeship programmes, including facilitation, creating learner journeys and blended programmes.
I have learned and developed many new skills and a great deal of knowledge and understanding.
I very much enjoy the programme, it has been different learning during the pandemic, but my tutor and others have been extremely supportive and helpful.
The programme is well organisad and stuctured, the training provider also takes on reccomendations for improvement.
I recieve the suport I need from my employer with my apprenticeship.
As much as I need. The tutors are always happy to answer questions and clarify when I ask and the provider has offered additional activities such as Twilight talks and Safeguarding training with a subject expert.
Very much so. The knowledge I have gained so far has transfered into my practice and will only strengthen as I progress with more practical activities and feedback when able to complete the tasks.
Professional Networking, I would be more involved if the current circumstances were different.
