  • My role involves developing, designing and delivering Apprenticeship programmes, including facilitation, creating learner journeys and blended programmes.

  • I have learned and developed many new skills and a great deal of knowledge and understanding.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I very much enjoy the programme, it has been different learning during the pandemic, but my tutor and others have been extremely supportive and helpful.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is well organisad and stuctured, the training provider also takes on reccomendations for improvement.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I recieve the suport I need from my employer with my apprenticeship.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • As much as I need. The tutors are always happy to answer questions and clarify when I ask and the provider has offered additional activities such as Twilight talks and Safeguarding training with a subject expert.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Very much so. The knowledge I have gained so far has transfered into my practice and will only strengthen as I progress with more practical activities and feedback when able to complete the tasks.

  • Professional Networking, I would be more involved if the current circumstances were different.

  • Yes

  • Quality and consistency of tutor support as well as smooth onboarding process and easy to use systems.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The Academy?
  • Talk through your learning requirements at the begining so that you can be sure the course is right for you. taking on a higher level qualification requires a lot of hard work and employer support.
