Overseeing all transactional HR & Finance activities. Liaise with senior leaders, providing information, guidance and challenge
Recognised existing skills in conflict management, change, communication etc and was able to build on these. Developed new skills in self-study and found a passion for continued learning
The programme was interesting and at times challenging. It was well structured to enable completion of the framework
