Recognised existing skills in conflict management, change, communication etc and was able to build on these. Developed new skills in self-study and found a passion for continued learning

The programme was interesting and at times challenging. It was well structured to enable completion of the framework

Because the qualification is tailored to my role it has fed directly into the work I do and the impact was seen immediately upon starting the programme
