I have very much enjoyed the programme and having the chance to develop my skills further
My trainer is amazing at keeping me up to date with what is going on and has regular meetings with myself.
My employer gives me the time I need to study and complete my apprenticeship work on a regular basis.
I feel I have great support as my trainer is always there to provide help when needed as well as regularly checking in and reminders of when work is due.
I feel it helps me a lot, it's made me stop and think more about my role in work and different ways of finding solutions.
