I lead a team of specialist major damage loss adjusters, which includes team structure and strategy, recruitment, performance management, coaching and mentoring, work allocation, training and development, as well as input to wider business strategy

I have only just started the course but find it interesting and am confident new skills will develop

I find it interesting and enjoyable, particularly as it relates to my role

Extremely. Lots of guidance/assistance and support provided

Plenty- to the extent it was a little overwhelming at first!
