Working with a range of people across the company to help pull the financial result together and then share to the wider teams.
Understanding how to report on insurance financial results as they are different. Also analytical skills which focus on insurance outcomes.
It is a well structured programme with a lot of support.
Split into rotation to allow for larger exposure of the company. Also mentors and buddies are available and change with rotation to help with new challenges.
A great deal of support from employer and from study provider. Many people you can approach with a question.
A fair amount. Regular catch ups with talent coaches to help focus on professional development.
It is vital to have to foundations of accounting to be able to perform my role and the classes are clear. There are useful transferable skills.
