Managing subcontractor accounts, interim payments, procuring packages, external and internal valuations
Learning and developing everyday whilst on site, more knowledge = more confidence when speaking on matters
Thoroughly, compared to other peers who have gone to University and haven't gained experience, this programme has certainly set me up for life.
Engie have been fantastic in structure and organisation. I cannot say the same for college and university. Appreciate there are more things to take into account at these institutes but it's a frequent issue each year.
