On the graduate scheme, we rotate departments every 6 months so the day-today can vary a lot. I have been in HR, Policy and Comms placements and we are given a lot of responsibility as graduates but can also ask for help when we need it. ENGIE is a big business and there are lots of things going on all the time which we can get involved with.
Team working skills - working with different types of people due to moving around Communication skills Presentation skills
The apprenticeship had been helpful in developing skills needed in the business, but has been more limited due to Covid
Very well organised - Red Sky are a great provider and our Stretch Coach is always on hand to answer any questions
Good support - as our managers know we are on a graduate scheme we are ok to take days off for training etc
A lot - Red Sky are a great provider, better than others I have heard about. Our modues are run well, we are given support with our Stretch Activities and our coach is always contactable
The apprenticeship has helped develop key skills I will need to go from being a graduate to a permanent employee, but is not very industry-focused
