I support a team of 10 people daily for sales and process of our business. I look for ways to reduce our queries, provide training and education pieces about how we can improve and looks for way to improve our end to end business cycle
I have learnt how to communicate effectively now understanding that there is different communication styles and I have learnt how to plan for meetings and conversations to ensure i do not deviate from the point
I changed providers half way through my course and the initial stages were not great but Paragon dedicated time to me and helped me pull all of the evidence together to finally finish my course.
As I changed providers half way through my course, the initial stages were not organised or structured and my reviews were few and far between however with Paragon I had structured and in depth reviews to ensure i finished on time and reduced the amount of time i could have potentially wasted
GRS have supported my journey the entire time and persevered with me whilst the course took longer than originally planned. They allowed time away from desk and the office to complete workbooks, coursework and my reviews when i needed to. I cannot thank them enough for putting me on the course
