    • As an early years educator, I need to take care of children in different ways such as helping their social skills, their emotional resilience, their intellectual understandings and their physical wellness. I do this by creating activities that focus on each children's interests.

    • This apprenticeship as help me, use skills in an efficient way. one of these skills is how to manage my time throughout the day so all the things I need to do in a day are done.

    • I enjoy this programme as it provides the ability to work hands-on and learn from others which I feel that I learn better from others.

    • Very well as my tutor finds the time to create sessions in which helps me come up with plans to make things more easier.

    • My tutor does one to one online sessions whenever I need the extra guidance.

    • A lot I do teaching and learning sessions every two weeks with my tutor on subjects i need to be aware of.

    • This programme helps me perform better in my role as i understand how to efficiently do things and how to handle things better by understanding key elements and procedures.

    • not at the moment due to covid-19
