My role is to ensure children are being cared for a developing in the right direction. To play, ensure safety.
Yes I have learnt things such as doing observations and assessments.
I love the work as my apprenticeship gives me time to do coursework.
I would say it’s reasonably organised
I would say possibly not enough for some people but there are more than just one employee so.
I get lots of support and help if needed working towards my qualifications.
I would say a lot due to needing to know most things I’m learning to obtain that qualification.

If I knew that somebody was really into childcare then possibly but only if they knew they would enjoy it as you have to have a positive attitude.
