Business Trainer across our Personal Lines insurance brand. This involves writing training material, delivering training sessions, identifying learning needs and upskilling staff.
I am new to the apprenticeship scheme and so far I have had good experiences. I have developed my current English and Mathematics skills and overall presentation skills,
I am really happy to be a part of a programme that will earn me a qualification in the role that I love. I am very much enjoying it.
I have not had the full experience of this with being fairly new to the programme but so far so good. Seems very organised and everything planned in has gone ahead smoothly.
I have a great team around me and I receive a lot of support from my employer and peers to encourage me to excel in my role.
Any support requested is received
Training will help me to perform better in my role as it is linked directly to the job I do. Anything that can enhance and expand my skills and knowledge is beneficial
Yes, I am part of our engagement team. We often hold social events, sports days etc. Just not so much since COVID hit!

It's the best place I have worked in terms of people, support and career progression.
If you want to progress then get your head down and work towards it. Look for opportunities and ask for them always. Don't wait for people to come to you!
