My role was looking after children of ages 3months- 5 years old. I would help develop them, go on walks, play games with them, change nappies, do breakfast, lunches and dinners.
I have developed my communications skills, I have learnt how to help babies, toddlers and children develop and how to create bonds with them.
I enjoyed my program a lot as the program allowed me to learn new things in a lot of different ways In a short amount of time.
The program is well structured in how you do the program as everything normally leads on from each other.
I received lots of support from my employer and she was always there to help me if I needed it and would tell me areas to improve on.
When working towards my qualification I revived a lot of support from my training provider I was given all the information I would have ever needed from them and if I needed more they would go the extra mile to help and give me that help.
It helps me perform my role better by everything they have taught me over time and I can’t thank my tutor enough for that.
We do social activities like a Christmas party event every year and that’s a lot of fun
Yes
They are happy to help in any way possible and will always go the extra mile of your finding things tricky
Go for it you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain.
