  • My role was looking after children of ages 3months- 5 years old. I would help develop them, go on walks, play games with them, change nappies, do breakfast, lunches and dinners.

  • I have developed my communications skills, I have learnt how to help babies, toddlers and children develop and how to create bonds with them.

  • I enjoyed my program a lot as the program allowed me to learn new things in a lot of different ways In a short amount of time.

  • The program is well structured in how you do the program as everything normally leads on from each other.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I received lots of support from my employer and she was always there to help me if I needed it and would tell me areas to improve on.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • When working towards my qualification I revived a lot of support from my training provider I was given all the information I would have ever needed from them and if I needed more they would go the extra mile to help and give me that help.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It helps me perform my role better by everything they have taught me over time and I can’t thank my tutor enough for that.

  • We do social activities like a Christmas party event every year and that’s a lot of fun
