I cook breakfast, 3 course meal for lunch with each course having 2 options. I also do prep work for the next day or so. I cook evening meal (3 course meals). I make different textured food for people or different swallowing abilities. I make birthday cakes. I make the specials of the day that runs along with the main menu. I do ordering such as dry stores and fresh fruit and veg.
Most of the online was was just covering the basics. I learnt more on the job, but there was information that I didn’t know about and the face to face meetings where the most helpful
I like the program. It gave me something to focus on. I like that it’s was quite simple to use
When I first stared the program with my first trainer. They didn’t show me the proper way to do everyone on the website so it was taking me a lot longer and I couldn’t get the info I needed. The second trainer I had was much better and he explained a lot to me and have me the time.
They was there when I asked.
First trainer he helped but then he stopped turning up? Then I got my new Trainer, and he helped me so much He really prepared me. And made me feel confident so for that I’m happy
First trainer no. Second trainer definitely he helped me think a different way about, the way I do things around the kitchen and how to be more professional
There’s a quiz we do over zoom
Yes
It really gave me confidence and saying I have a level 2 shows people I’m able as well
Go for it!!
