I work in the school office as an apprentice administrator, which consists of taking phone calls from parents and other organisations, storing data and filing work. Out of the building I complete written work regarding my topic of apprenticeship.
I have learned new skills during work and also whilst creating written work. I have gained confidence while answering calls, and have gained knowledge on my organisation and how it works.
I very much enjoy my job as I am learning new things constantly.
Very well, I receive a lot of support from both my line manager and my tutor.
A lot, they help me constantly.
Also a lot, my tutor always helps me no matter what the issue is.
It gives me a more in depth view of my organisation and helps me see it in other ways that I may not have considered before.
Due to covid, there are not many other activities to be held at the moment.
Yes
They are a great provider and constantly give support throughout, I feel at ease and can do my work confidently knowing I have help if I need it.
The application process may take a little while but it is definitely worth it.
