Due to the Covid-19 pandemic it has been hard for both the apprentices and the apprenticeship team but it has been very organised and structured.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. If there is anything I need or want to ask, someone is always there to answer/help
I receive a lot of support from the training provider as they are always there to talk to with any queries and have regular catchups.
I believe that my qualification helps me to perform better in the role because I am being taught things more in depth and how to everything manually instead of depending on automated processes.
Due to covid-19 it is harder to partake in any activity as we are not allowed to socialise. However there are many different virtual activities you can get involved with such as quizzes or networking events online.
