Working in a team to develop software tools to support financial operations
Coding in various languages using different frameworks, learning how to use software platforms, improving soft skills such as communication and independence

Clear structure with lots of support available
Generally very supportive and understanding with regard to the nature of the programme, plenty of support available from HR, Managers, Team, Mentors and Apprentice community.
Good resources available for independent learning, training providers are happy to provide support as long as you take the initiative to approach them
Studying towards a degree in Computer Science helps you build a good foundation for transferable technical skills such as coding, working with databases etc that support you at work
