I manage the relationship between WTW London and WTW Mumbai, and use my relationships with both to achieve targeted clearance of settlements and debt.
I am constantly developing my people managing skills, multi-tasking and attention to detail. As well as, balancing work and study.
I enjoy it very much as i know there is always support when i need it. There are several people available to contact within WTW and the growth company if i ever need guidence
I never feel uninformed, I know what is expected from me and by when including workshops and additional study work.
I have been to many presentations, that explain what WTW is like culturally and support networks available. This also helped me understand the people to go to if ever i have an issue.
I have constant meeting with my tutors and skills coach. I think the way they go about this is great too, for workshops they give a lot of notice so to avoid clashing with other meetings. My my review meeting with my skills coach are agreed in the previous meeting and if they need to be change I am given good notice
It gives me a much better understanding of the industry as a whole and there is also the flexibility to choose later on subject i am interested in or that are more specifically relevant to my role. This wider knowledge helps me make the jump from know the process to understanding why the processes are in place.
I am in a few networks in WTW such as the Gender Equity, the LGBTQ+, multicultural and Young professional networks. Not only does this show how WTW is helping me but also can give me insight into being an ally for others.
