My role is an apprentice multiskilled crafts person and currently i haven't been off a computer so unsure what my day to day job entails yet
so far from college i have learnt a lot and been able to further my knowledge of some of the information i will need in my job
i have really enjoyed my programme so far as it has challenged me and it has taught me a lot already
so far it has been really well structured whether its teams meeting calls set up at specific times or college calls in the morning and afternoon
whenever i have needed support there has been a team of people that are one email or message away to help me with my problem
from what I've done the support from the training providers has been exceptional on or off the set times we had college, if i wasn't understanding something i can email and it would be explained
so far only being on the computer the amount i have learnt in such a short period of time i feel like the training provider is going to help me massively to perform better in my role
i am not sure but I'm sure with COVID there will not be
Yes
i was very nervous being at my last job so long and being 2 years from leaving school that i wouldn't have any of the knowledge to assist me in the job but with all the support from the SSE support team and the training they provide i am a lot more confident going forward
don't be nervous about thinking you wont do well because there are an army of people that will prove otherwise
