Having only just started with the company I haven't been out on site with my team as of yet. I work as an apprentice fitter in substations
I have been developing on maths skills and the health and safety legislations.
I enjoy the people throughout the company from apprentice to management everyone is always willing to help.
The programme is very well structured, we have been given so much support and are always communicated with so that we are kept in the loop with everything going on.
I have received a lot of support from everyone and they are always wanting to help and encourage everyone to reach out for support if they need it.
I have been receiving a lot if support. If I don't understand something they will always be open for questions to be asked and help to explain how to work through things.
I think having someone open to help at any point makes transferring the skills that you learn into practice easier.
There are many different extra-curricular activities that are available for everyone if they are wanting to be involved.
