  • 9a. Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • The apprenticeship allows each person to take advantage of the opportunities that come their way. This has been good preparation as it has provided me with skills and knowledge that has been both useful and relevant to my areas of interest. There is an element of freedom and responsibility given to apprentices which is very important for personal development. On the other hand where support is needed, it is always available.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
  • Do not be afraid of asking questions when you do not understand anything. People will always do their best to answer them.
