I am an apprentice HGV technician, learning how to fix trucks. Each day we are given new jobs and trucks to work on to diagnose and fix faults on the vehicles.
Before my apprenticeship with motus I had very small knowledge on trucks. Each day I am learning new skills.
I am enjoying learning how trucks work and fixing faults. I am exited to learn and develop my skills.
I am regularly contacted by people from Skillnet and my apprenticeship checking on my progress and seeing if I need any help.
My boss has been very helpful with any queries I may have.
As I haven’t been in my apprenticeship long and yet to attend collage due to covid I haven’t had much support. Although I get progress reviews and am currently on target

It is sometimes hard not knowing what your doing but trust your mentors and persevere, you’ll see yourself progress.
