  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy everything about my role as it changes every 6 months I get to meet loads of new people and work in totally different teams. The company culture is also really good as everyone has a good work ethic but also gives time for your own mental heath as working from home.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • So there's lot of ways to get support from them such as with live online chat, emails of tutors and other support teams on the online systems we use for our studies. They are really helpful whenever you need it and get back to a question very quickly. I also enjoy the context I cover.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • So it depends on what area I'm working in. Because each topic I cover in my studies relates to a different business area. Sometimes they match up and others times they don't. This is due to the topics in the course being such a wide variety also there's no job which would cover all the areas.

    9/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There is always something new coming through my emails to get involved in. At least once a week there's something new. I have done volunteering work, taken tours, organised events such as bake sales and driving to different sites in the business with a team of people.
