    • I am a project manager so I am put in charge of projects and have to communicate with relevant colleagues and stakeholders to get the projects completed.

    • Learnt new excel skills, communications skills, learnt about pm, and learnt about a diverse company

    • It is very enjoyable, I made the right decision to not go to university. But my apprenticeship still give me a degree.

    • Very organised they are very experienced with previous apprentices so they know exactly what they want you doing.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • A lot, we are given a mentor and a line manager as well as a placement manager, so there is plenty of support.

    • A decent amount, we get given one day off a week for it

    • The course is very mirrored to our rile

    • Yes I’ve taken a part in APM challenge and other stretch assignments

    • It is a great company to work for and can get loads of experience

    • Work hard in the recruitment process as it could really pay off!
