I am a project manager so I am put in charge of projects and have to communicate with relevant colleagues and stakeholders to get the projects completed.
Learnt new excel skills, communications skills, learnt about pm, and learnt about a diverse company
It is very enjoyable, I made the right decision to not go to university. But my apprenticeship still give me a degree.
Very organised they are very experienced with previous apprentices so they know exactly what they want you doing.
A lot, we are given a mentor and a line manager as well as a placement manager, so there is plenty of support.
A decent amount, we get given one day off a week for it

Yes I’ve taken a part in APM challenge and other stretch assignments

It is a great company to work for and can get loads of experience
Work hard in the recruitment process as it could really pay off!
