To lead and manage the performance of a team to achieve operational targets and deliver a customer service position in line with business strategy and drive engagement within the team.
To early to say at this stage as only been on the course for one month. But i am confident the course will help refine current skills and give me an understanding of the knowledge and behaviours i need to develop to progress in my career.
I enjoy the programme immensely. It has so far met my expectations and i'm looking forward to getting involved further in the programme.
Well organised. Online tuition is great. Timetable for the full year sent out in advance. 6 weekly support meetings with my mentor in place.
My manager is very supportive. My apprenticeship submissions will be work based scenarios so its important that i am given access to work based projects and permitted to take on additional tasks at work to exercise my learnings. The senior management in my function is committed to developing their staff.
So far so good. I have only attended one webinar so far and an introductory coaching session but all my experiences so far have been positive.
I think it will help me raise my profile in my function and hopefully in the wider business. I think it will help my progression in terms of what i am doing at work. I'm not sure what weight the qualification itself in name will provide I think I will benefit more from the learnings and the personal development I can obtain from this rather than the status of the qualification.
In non covid times yes. Lots of Charity Work. Supplier networking and team activities.
