Managing the daily administration of RSA's fleet of company cars. Role also involves supplier meetings in relation to the fleet. I also look after some suppliers within the motor supply chain which also involves supplier meetings and supplier management tasks.
As I am new to supply chain I have learnt a lot of new skills or ways of doing things. It has enhanced my knowledge and given me a greater understanding of a lot of key areas.
I am enjoying the programme in that is enabling me to progress further with my career given the knowledge that I gaining which can then be put into practice.
It is well organised and structured even given the current challenges that we are all experiencing with learning being carried out remotely and the cancellation of exams.
I receive a lot of support from my employer and I know that it is there and available should I need it or need more.
There is a huge range of support from the training provider, on line, by phone, text books. There is always someone to go to if there is a lack of understanding or additional help is needed.
It is giving me a much better understanding into the processes and why these are carried out in the way they are and the importance of these.
I attend as many seminars and conferences as I can that are relevant to my role and RSA as a business
