I assist on projects with the aim to grow the digital market and develop our digital strategy. I do this through both sales and marketing.
I have developed many professional qualities, such as time keeping, organisation, email writing, project management and communication. I have also developed my personal skills such as confidence.
I am really enjoying my apprenticeship as I love the company I work for and I'm passionate about the industry. My team have always pushed me to be the best I can be and encouraged me to get involved with projects.
I found myself in a really unique situation where I had to switch teams due to a company restructure, so I feel like this impacted the structure and timeline of my programme, but this aside I feel like everything else has been well organised.
My team and previous / current managers have been extremely supportive and provide all the resources and guidance I need within this programme.
I receive a lot of support from my coach at the apprenticeship training provider, and feel comfortable reaching out to them.
It has given me a wider understanding of knowledge about not only the film industry, but about business in general, and these valuable insights help me exceed in my role.
Yes - I have been invited to various virtual events and social gatherings. Networking has still been easy to achieve from working at home.
Yes
I love the company culture and how they look after their employees
I was a school leaver when I joined WarnerMedia with no experience in the industry, so I would advise people not to fret if this is the case - WarnerMedia care about individuality and your first impression, so just be yourself and show your passion for the role.
