Lead a customer facing team in a busy contact centre dealing with household claims. I have 14 direct reports. I allocate work, ensure phone svls are met, conduct return to works, 121s, performance ratings. Also manage performance within the team.
Both - at the moment I am developing existing skills but some of the later modules involve aspects that I dont get involved in as much in my day to day role.
I really enjoy the programme. Its very well presented and broken down in manageable blocks of learning.

I receive a lot of support, not only from my immediate manage but from my peers and the apprenticeship lead too.

I feel that they support you in every aspect of your development.
Go for it. Its definitely worth it but be kind on yourself and make sure some times you are a bit selfish.
