  • Creating, debiting and servicing multinational commercial insurance policies whilst supporting the underwriter with new business/renewal reviews.

  • Developed and improved understanding of insurance and my role within it. Improved my understanding of what a pertinent underwriter would be looking for when assessing risk.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The content I enjoy, I like the regular catch ups with my talent coach. However one improvement I would recommend is around the tracker sheet. I have been sent several "new" examples to be using so each time creates admin to transfer my data across the to correct format. Please ensure the trackers are fit for purpose so they do not need to be changed regularly.

  • Good Structure to the programme

  • Employer allows me time to study. Regular catch ups with my leader.

  • There is a lot of support available if needed.

  • I definitely feel more knowledgeable in my field

  • Post Covid would take part in the charity events and social events. Have been invited to the networking events

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RSA Insurance Ltd?
  • Technical implied persons should look at the underwriting career path whereas customer service/management roles are there for the more socially inclined personel.
