currently on the training programme at the ASK centre on the Warton unit, working through the different training modules needed to complete the level 4 qualification
i have developed my communication skills and i have gained evaluation skills through writing my evaluations for different tasks i have worked on
i really enjoy my programme it is very fun and enjoyable and the teaching standard is very high
my programme is very organised and there is a clear roadmap of what we will all b doing over the next 5 years already put in place
we receive lots of support not only in our work but also for our physical and mental wellbeing and there is lots of support in place should we need it
we have weekly live lessons with our training provider and we are always able to call or email them if we ae struggling with anything
in gaining our qualification we are learning the theory behind what we are learning in the workshop, which helps us to understand our work more
there is not much at the minute due to the coronavirus pandemic so cant give a true rating
Yes
it is an excellent company with lots of benefits and it really looks after and cares out it's employees
make sure you are prepared to put the effort in because it is a rigorous programme however the rewards are worth the effort
