Working with new applicants enrolling onto their desired apprenticeship course, doing IAG and screening checks along with managing the department. Currently undertaking an apprenticeship doing a Learning Mentor Course at level 3, I find it very rewarding and helps with my IAG calls and making all our new applicants welcomed and comfortable when going through their enrolment process. Highly recommend my tutor.
More supportive, and encouraging to help others. Listening and signposting whilst giving support in the role I have undertaken with LMP
I always get my task's completed on the weekend when I have been given the work, I have other members of my team, who are very supportive, my management team put me forward for this course and I am very committed to succeed.
At first I was wary like any new person on a program, but I was supported by the delivery team on the approach I had, and there has been no difficulties at all.
My manager and delivery team supports me throughout.
At present full support and time off to work on anything that I need.
More supportive, and I can share my experience with any new applicants that are applying for the same course.
We have a great social net work at LMP quizzes, and afternoon teas etc all fun and enjoyable.
