learnt about project management, developing project controls skills
Company culture is strong on developing new talent - big focus on bringing new generation in and increasing diversity. My team has been very welcoming and helpful.
Programme has a good structure, with yearly rotational placements. Provided with mentors, skills support coaches, academic mentors and buddies. Business places focus on completing uni work above completing work for job role.
Provided with a large support system, frequent progress assessments and ongoing training.
Uni provides mentors, and has check-ins. Professors are accessible and happy to ask questions. Study support team is available for one-on-one sessions to help with assignments.
Qualification will be required to secure an exit role. I have found so far that my experience at work has helped my uni learning more than the other way round. As I progress through my degree, I think the education will become more in depth and be more helpful to me as an employee.
Unsure - currently everything shut due to Covid
