I am a claims handler so I take inbound and outbound calls and speak to customers, I also work emails/tasks in regards to home claims
Yes I am much better at speaking to customers and my time managing skills have improved, my customer service skills have also improved
I enjoy my work role as it involved working with others but independently as well.
It is organised and well structured, we are given the resources we need and have coaches to support us along the way
A lot of support, I have a team leader who is always there to provide any support and answer and questions I have.
I have been given support and a lot of resources to help me with my studies, my talent coach is there if I have any questions and we have regular meetings
It defiantly helps me have a wider knowledge and understanding behind the things I do in my work role, a lot of the content in the exam links with my everyday role
There is a sports and social team
Yes
It is a great company to be in as it is very accommodating to personal needs and a very social company to be in, especially at a young age like me
Make sure to research the role to ensure it is something you enjoy doing.
