  • I am a claims handler so I take inbound and outbound calls and speak to customers, I also work emails/tasks in regards to home claims

  • Yes I am much better at speaking to customers and my time managing skills have improved, my customer service skills have also improved

  • I enjoy my work role as it involved working with others but independently as well.

  • It is organised and well structured, we are given the resources we need and have coaches to support us along the way

  • A lot of support, I have a team leader who is always there to provide any support and answer and questions I have.

  • I have been given support and a lot of resources to help me with my studies, my talent coach is there if I have any questions and we have regular meetings

  • It defiantly helps me have a wider knowledge and understanding behind the things I do in my work role, a lot of the content in the exam links with my everyday role

  • There is a sports and social team

  • Yes

  • It is a great company to be in as it is very accommodating to personal needs and a very social company to be in, especially at a young age like me

  • Make sure to research the role to ensure it is something you enjoy doing.
