Supporting students in classes, making sure they make progress. also teaching small groups of students
Developed skills in supporting students, knowing what their current attainment levels are and how to move them to the next stage
I enjoyed learning new skills and proving the skills I already had were valid

Line manager was always available for support, time was given during the day to complete work

Training for the Level 3 gave me a formal qualification reflecting the skills I had learned to better support students=
