    • It is fairly well structured, the COVID restrictions have made things more difficult however.

    • I receive all support needed. They are fast to act to resolve problems.

    • It builds up a theoretical understanding which is necessary to perform well.

    • Yes, there are usually outdoor trips that take place. COVID has prevented this so far, however.

    • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

    • They have a good wage for a higher apprentice, the opportunity for career progression is strong, and the support is top-notch.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?

    • Apply your personal engineering projects to your application, show determination and ingenuity. BAE want to know how you will suit their working ethos and will pick people when they convey how they will work with others/in a team.
