Currently completing an on-site training programme. After, I will shadow across the site within different departments in my placements.

Yes, there are usually outdoor trips that take place. COVID has prevented this so far, however.

They have a good wage for a higher apprentice, the opportunity for career progression is strong, and the support is top-notch.
Apply your personal engineering projects to your application, show determination and ingenuity. BAE want to know how you will suit their working ethos and will pick people when they convey how they will work with others/in a team.
