I have developed communication skills as well as team work.
Yes it has met expectations even though we are working remotely due to covid.
There is a lot of training and support from day one. I am learning new things everyday as well as challenging myself. The programme is well organised.
There is always support when needed, people are happy to help which is great as an apprentice as what we do is very new to us.
Our training provider is really great, we can email and talk to the tutors whenever we need and they are always available to help. It is well structured also.
What we learn for the exams is closely linked with what we do in our day to day roles. I know a lot more about the industry now in comparison to when i started which is great.
Yes there are a lot of social and networking events that can be signed up for and is open to everyone.

It has been a great apprenticeship so far and i look forward to carrying on.
Everyone is very welcoming in the company so there is no need to be nervous for interviews. Study the role you're applying for well, as well as the company itself and what they stand for. The application process is very simple from start to finish.
