I currently manage a team of 9 Health and Wellbeing Advisers. I ensure the service provided to the participants on the JETS contract meets the needs of the service users.
Both, the apprenticeship has allowed me to develop things such as communication skills that was already there and has thought me new things about HR processes in management.
Very much so, it has given me exposure to new parts of the business but I have enjoyed the safeguarding booklets.
Very well - BUD is easy to use and I know I will have a meeting with my tutor at least once a month.
Reed in Partnership have been very supportive and the learning and development book in calls to make sure I was fine and making progress.
Lots I always know I can contact my tutor and he will help and support me.
Very much so, while being on the apprenticeship have moved into my management role - I feel the skills I developed through this helped.
