I make sure that all the production on plant is running smoothly.
I’ve learnt skills regarding how to run a production plant and how to make sure it’s all okay. I’ve also developed my social skills due to me working as a team.
I enjoy it a lot. Everyone who I work with is helpful and friendly. The whole programme is interesting and I’ve loved all the time I’ve been there.
The programme is very well organised. From college units and NVQ and also tasks to do at work, it’s all been set up professionally and I’m very impressed.
I receive a lot of support when I need it. They always make sure that I understand everything and help me with any college work I’m struggling with.
I receive a lot of support when I need it. If I am really struggling with something, my company makes sure I get extra revision material to make sure I understand the work.
It helps because I learn about all the methods of how the production plant is run. We also learn about things to do with Heath and safety which is useful aswell.
We do have social networking meet ups every so often. This is mainly so all the apprentices can meet up and help each other out etc.
