We do 5 placements around the business in total. I'm on my first placement as a Program Integrator, where i work across different project teams, gathering information and ensuring the Project lifecycle flows
Lifecycle management, Risk and opportunity management, communication, time management
really enjoy it, it's very interesting and rewarding
very well, the early careers teams have created such a comprehensive structure
as much as I need, lots of people on hand to support
the priority is ensuring that we do well academically, there's lots of support
I'm able to apply my learning on a daily basis and use my experience to grasp a better understanding of a scenario or new learning
I can do as many stretch assignments as i wish, allowing me to build my skills holistically within the business
