    • On a day to day basis i will be working on cnc and manual machines. This is to create parts on Plane engines.

    • I have developed my knowledge and skills on many different machines including cnc and manual machiens.

    • I enjoy it as there are a lot of new experiences that I get to do and try.

    • It is extremely organised and structured for example we have a loading plan and know many month in advanced of what we are doing.

    • We receive alot of help of our employee. We have weekly meeting to make sure that everything is going well and no one if having any issues.

    • whilst working towards our qualification we receive a lot of support from our employer. With great opportunities

    • I feel it helps you perform alot better.

    • There are many sport teams that are there for people to join when the pandemic is not happening.
