On a day to day basis i will be working on cnc and manual machines. This is to create parts on Plane engines.
I have developed my knowledge and skills on many different machines including cnc and manual machiens.
I enjoy it as there are a lot of new experiences that I get to do and try.
It is extremely organised and structured for example we have a loading plan and know many month in advanced of what we are doing.
We receive alot of help of our employee. We have weekly meeting to make sure that everything is going well and no one if having any issues.
whilst working towards our qualification we receive a lot of support from our employer. With great opportunities
I feel it helps you perform alot better.
There are many sport teams that are there for people to join when the pandemic is not happening.
